Västtrafik is the agency responsible for public transport in Västra Götaland county. It operates buses, ferries, trains, and the Gothenburg tram network. Tickets can be bought at 7-eleven and Västtrafik sell spots, and single tickets on trams. It is highly adviced to download their phone App for purchasing tickets.

Most supermarkets have Postnord offices inside. Nearest ones to the faculty are at Willy’s (at Hvitfeldtsplatsen 1), Coop Konsum (Kungsportsavenyn 26), and Coop Landala (Kapellplatsen 4), all within 10 minutes’ walk from the buildings. Open from 8.00 – 20.00 Monday to Friday, 9.00 – 16.30 Saturdays, and 9.00 -16.00 Sundays.

Apotek Hjärtat Avenyn (Kungsportsavenyen 26-28) and Apoteksgruppen Duvan (Amund Grefwegatan 5) both at 10 minutes’ walk from University. Most convenience stores also stock items like paracetamol and sticking plasters.
