This week (17.3) you will receive your e-badge with information on registration. Just in case you miss it, it will be resent next Monday . Bring a print or save it on your mobile phone: you can scan the code at the conference venue to collect your actual badge.
( If you have not received an e-badge yet because for instance you have not paid the registration fee or we have not received/processed your bank transfer yet, just come to the conference desk to finalise your registration and get your badge printed. )
Do check your spam box! The e-badge will be sent by Reference technology.
Conference Desk
The conference desk and badge-print pods will be located in the Lipsius Building. Cleveringaplaats 1, Leiden.
The self service print pods will be in the main hall near the cafeteria. The conference desk will be in room 0.30.Do you have a session early Wednesday morning? Collect your badge and conference materials on Tuesday afternoon if possible. The conference desk will be open for registration and information starting Tuesday, March 25, 16.00-17.30.
Your Presentation
Sessions will take place in the Lipsius Building, Huizinga (next door) and Herta Mohr (3-5 minute walk).
Preferably bring your own laptop and if you have a MacBook, please also bring the proper connector. Also bring your presentation on a USB and just in case, mail a copy to yourself. NB please verify/check that your presentation can be shown on a Windows computer.
Please also bring a print out as we cannot make prints or copies at the venue!!!
Insurance
Make sure you have adequate travel insurance.
